Garnish: Sprig of Mint & a lychee cut in half
Handfull of Mint
25 ml Kwai Feh
25 ml Premium light Rum
25 ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
15 ml Sugar syrup
Top up with lychee juice
Rim the glass with mint and crush the mint in the glass, add rest of the ingredients and stir with crushed ice, top up with lychee juice.
